July days

It has been a couple of weeks since I posted pictures...as I have been reminded by a few.. Since school has been out it just seems the time is flying by. Sydney just finished Surf Camp last week and she is in Soccer Camp next week. We like to keep her busy! Here are a few pictures from the last few weeks.....

Swimming with the Ducks

Carly has on a little yellow jumper that was Sydney's. It reminded us so much of Sydney that we went digging for pictures. It was from Hawaii so we knew we had vacation pictures of Sydney wearing it. It was some good memories! The other pictures are of the girls at the pool. Also a picture of the kids and neighborhood kids sitting outside making smores.

Happy Father's Day

We had a great week this week. We had family from Georgia, my step sister Tracey and her hubby Gil, stay with us while out here for the Golf US Open in Torrey Pines. We so enjoyed having family here! They experienced the usual Roberts' Saturday - Sydney's riding lesson, walks to the beach and downtown HB.
I hope all of you fathers out there had a great day!



Carly has the fence sitting down pat. We think she will be ready to ride a horse soon!



Carly took to Gil right away!























Sydney and her friend Kelly were in the school talent show. They sang and danced and they were awaesome!

In and Out

Carly has figured out how to open the front door. Fortunately our yard is gated so we just let her go. She likes going around the yard touching and discovering every thing. She picks up and studies everything..the dirt, flowers. leaves, grass, rocks....and it no longer goes straight to the mouth like it did a few months back. She walks around with a little hum like uh,uh,uh. It is so fun just to sit back and watch her.
